Shipping Policies
We ship out online orders Monday Through Friday. Orders placed after 11am central time on Friday are moved to Monday's shipping.
Typical shipping and processing time is 3-5 BUSINES days to process and 3-5 days for shipping, however we can't make any guarantees regarding shipping time. We also observe holidays and do not require staff to work on holidays so if there is a holiday on a Monday shipping is again delayed an additional day. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the possession of USPS, and we have no control over what happens with your order. Due to the extremely high volume of packages being sent during the holiday season, USPS will most likely be experiencing shipping delays. Please plan accordingly.
To stay updated on the shipping status of your order or check if there are any delays in shipping, please refer to your tracking number provided to you via email,
Exchanges / Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. To get replacements, pictures of the damaged boxes and broken items MUST be submitted to emily@lakotamadellc.com along with a damage claim made to the post office. *If you do not send pictures or USPS claim we will not send replacements, this is not negotiable.*
If the replacements are damaged in the mail more than once per order no refunds or further replacements will be provided and no refunds issued.
Any issues with broken products must be communicated with Lakota Made LLC within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. We will not provide replacements for items if you contact us after the 14 day period.
Wrong address/ Insufficient address/Returned Orders
Lakota Made LLC does not enter your address when online orders are placed, and it is entirely the customer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. If you enter a wrong/invalid shipping address, please email emily@lakotmadellc.com BEFORE your order ships to ensure delivery of your order.
If you order is returned to Lakota Made LLC due to a wrong address, we will email you an invoice to pay the fee for another shipping label to re-ship you your order. We do NOT pay for re-shipment of wrong addresses, undeliverable, insufficient addresses, etc.
