Shipping Policy
We ship orders Monday - Friday, orders placed after 11am Friday are placed on Mondays shipping.
*Due to COVID-19 shipping CAN be delayed by the USPS system*
Once an order is successfully placed you will receive an email with your receipt and tracking number. Once your order has left our facility we are no longer in control of how and when USPS ships & updates your tracking information and handles the delivery of your order.
Lakota Made LLC is a small business, we are less than 5 employees and we are NOT Amazon. We can not guarantee 2 day shipping, as we are not in control of the Post Office.
Exchanges / Replacements (if applicable) We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. To get replacements please send pictures to clare@lakotamadellc.com along with your order number.
*Any issues with your order must be communicated with Lakota Made LLC staff via email with 14 days of original order date*
*Replacements orders due to broken items will only be replaced once*
All sales are final.
Lakota Made LLC is NOT responsible if you enter your address incorrectly into our shipping system, we don't know where you live and do not enter your address anywhere into our system. Shipping labels are populated from the information YOU enter into the system. Lakota Made LLC will NOT pay for wrong addresses re-shipping. An invoice for re-do shipping labels will be sent to you VIA email. If you enter your address wrong please email clare@lakotamadellc.com BEFORE you receive a shipping notification so we can correct it.
